Design of new 2-storey (+2 Mezzanines) microprocessor assembly and test facility with an appropriate total floor area of 32,500 square meters. Design of the facility includes cleanroom of class 10K and end-of-line of class 100K. Facility is equipped with support amenities such as RODI, CDA, Nitrogen, Liquid Nitrogen vacuum system and process cooling water system. Construction of the facility is of mixed materials of reinforced concrete for column foundations, wall footings and slabs and structural steel for columns, girders, beams and trusses. Electrical works includes lighting and power system, telephone and fire alarm system. - Extension of existing waste water treatment plant. - Alteration, addition and renovation of portion of existing locker room at Administration Building. - Construction of new connecting bridge.
