Awiai APHT Power Hydro Turbines are designed for a net head and a nominal flow defined by our clients as low as 100MW to 1500MW capacity. Performances are guaranteed in strict accordance with the requirements. All materials and parts used in fabrication of major equipment items such as castings, steel, or other metal fabrications, machined parts, bearing materials, draft tube, head cover, stay ring, and other major components will be tested, in conformity with applicable methods prescribed by ASTM, or in general accordance with the best international Testing Methods.

Adequate factors of safety are used throughout the design, especially on parts subject to alternating stresses, vibration, impact or shock.
